Your logo and business details
- Logo: set in Settings > Business > Logo (JPG, GIF or PNG, up to 10 MB). It appears at the top of your website and as the icon in the browser tab. Without a logo, your initials are shown.
- Business name: from your business details. The big headline on your home page can be changed in Customize.
- Public image: shown next to your About text.
- Phone and email: set in Customize > Contact details, or your account details are used.
See Your business settings and Customize your website.
Contact form
Your website's Contact page has a contact form (keep the Contact page switched on in Customize > Pages). Visitors enter their name, email, phone (optional) and message, tick "I'm not a robot" and click Send message.
You receive an email, "You have a message from your website", at your account email address. Reply to the visitor by email or phone.
Request a quote
For categories where you prefer to quote rather than take bookings, visitors click Request a quote, describe their date, location and what they need, and send it. You receive it by email, with the service and category it's about.
- Turn a category to quotes only in Services > Categories (switch off online booking for it), or choose Request a quote buttons on its category page in Customize.
- Quotes-only categories show no prices on your website and can't be booked online.
Website chat
Turn on Website chat in Customize > On your website to show a chat bubble on your site. Visitors message you directly, and their messages arrive in your Inbox and in Clients > Inbound leads. See Message clients in your Inbox and Manage your leads.
Online booking on your website
- Turn on Allow Bookings in Settings > Bookings, then Online booking in Customize. Your website then shows Book now buttons, and your booking page is at yourname.rebookmedia.com/book.
- With more than one category, Book now asks "What would you like to book?" first.
- With online booking off, buttons say Message us (if chat is on) or Get a quote (opens your contact form).
Client sign-in
Your website's Client login page lets your clients sign in to see their bookings, invoices and photos, in your website's design:
- With their email and password, with Continue with Google, or with Email me a sign-in code (a 6-digit code, valid for 10 minutes).
- Forgot password? emails them a link to set a new password, valid for 1 hour.
- Google and email codes work for people who are already your clients, using the email they booked with.
When you are signed in yourself, the menu on your website offers Your dashboard and Customize website. See Your client account.
