Your appointments with a professional, such as a photo shoot, a property visit or an online meeting, are called visits. This article explains where to find them, the calendar invites you receive, and how to reschedule or cancel.
Where to find it: Sign in to your RebookMedia account, open Projects and click Open on the project. Your appointments are under Scheduled Visits.

See your appointments
On the project page, Scheduled Visits lists your upcoming appointments, with the professional's name and photo and the Start Time and End Time. The status shows whether a visit has been rescheduled, completed or cancelled.
Your appointment emails and calendar invites have the full details, including the address or the link to join online.
Calendar invites and online meetings
- When an appointment is booked, you get an email "[business] - Booking Invitation" with the date, time and location. Open the attached calendar invite and choose Yes or Accept to add it to your calendar.
- If your professional uses Google Calendar, you may get the invite from Google instead. It updates automatically if the time changes.
- For online meetings, the email and invite include a Join online link, such as Google Meet or Zoom. Click it at the meeting time.
- You also get a text message if your mobile number is verified in your account settings.
Reschedule an appointment
If your professional allows it, you can move an appointment yourself:
- On the project page, find the appointment under Scheduled Visits and click Reschedule.
- Choose a professional from the list (if the business has a team).
- Pick a new date.
- Choose a time from the available times.
- Click Rescheduled to confirm. You will see "Booking rescheduled successfully."
You get a "Booking Rescheduled" email with the new date and time and an updated calendar invite, and your professional is told too.
If you see "Please contact [professional] to reschedule or cancel", message your professional to change the appointment.
Good to know: before you change an appointment, check your professional's Cancellation Policy, shown below your appointments, for any fees or deposit rules.
Cancel an appointment
To cancel, message your professional from your account's Inbox (or reply to their email) and ask them to cancel. When they do, you get a "Booking Cancelled" email, and the appointment is removed from your calendar.
Any refund of your deposit depends on your professional's cancellation policy; they handle refunds directly.
Add appointments to your Google Calendar
- In your account, click Connect in the menu.
- Next to Google Calendar, click Connect and sign in to Google, allowing the permissions it asks for.
- When the button changes to Disconnect, you are connected.
New appointments are then added to your Google Calendar, unless your professional's Google invite already added them.
Troubleshooting
