Your price list is what photographers choose from when they send you a job. You set it up for each category you edit, then turn each category live when it is ready. Price changes apply to new jobs only.
Where to find it: In your Editing menu, click Pricing. On a phone, tap the menu icon at the top left first to open the menu.

How the price list works
- There is a tab for each category on your Profile, showing whether it is Live or Off. Click Edit my categories to change them.
- The All categories tab is for services you offer in every category, such as a rush fee. They also show on each category tab.
- Each tab has four groups:
- Main edits: the edit every photo in a job gets. A photographer chooses one.
- Add-ons: extras on the photos the photographer marks, for example sky replacement or virtual staging. Add a main edit first.
- Video: video editing.
- Extras: anything else, for example a rush fee.
Start from a starter list
For many categories (for example Real Estate, Weddings, Events, Family and Headshots) you can start from a ready-made list:
- On an empty category tab, click See the starter list. Later, use + Add from the [category] starter list.
- Tick the services you offer and enter your prices.
- Click Add to my price list. Services without a price are added switched off until you price them.
Add a service
- Click + Add in a group.
- Choose the Group and the Category (one category, or All my categories).
- Enter the Service name.
- Under What's included, add one line per item. Tap the check mark to mark a line as not included.
- Choose how it is Charged and enter the Price (USD).
- Add Fine print and your Usual turnaround in hours if you like.
- Save. Then add sample pictures and options (see below).
Use the menu on a service to Edit, Duplicate or Remove it, and drag services to change their order. A duplicate is switched off until you edit it and turn it on.
How you charge
- Per photo: for each finished photo (main edits) or each marked photo (add-ons).
- Per job: once per job.
- Per video minute or Per hour: the photographer enters an estimate when they send the job.
- % of the job: a percentage on top of the job, for example a rush fee.
- Price options: 2 to 10 prices for the same service, for example by size of the home. The service shows "from" the lowest price.
- Longer videos (Video group, priced per job): a price per extra minute after a number of minutes.
Sample pictures and options
After you save a service, you can add a Before and After sample picture (JPG or PNG, up to 8 MB), so photographers see your work. You can also add Options with a picture each, for example staging styles such as Modern or Farmhouse. Photographers choose an option when they send a job.
Turn services on and off
Use the switch on each service. When a service is off, photographers don't see it. A service needs a price above $0 before you can turn it on: you see "Set a price first (Edit), then turn it on."
Go live in a category
At the top of each category tab, turn on [category] for photographers. You see "[category] is live. Photographers can send you [category] jobs."
- A category can go live once it has a main edit that is switched on and priced.
- If you later turn off or remove that main edit, the category is switched off for photographers.
- Turning a category off stops new jobs in it. Jobs already sent carry on.
- Photographers see you as Live once at least one category is live.
Tip: connect Stripe on your Profile too, so photographers can pay you by card. See Get started as an editor on RebookMedia.
Troubleshooting
I can't turn a category live
Add a main edit for that category (or for All categories), give it a price and turn it on.
"Add a main edit for this category and turn it on first."
Add-ons go on top of a main edit. Add and turn on a main edit, then add your add-ons.
A photographer says they can't send me a job
Check that the category of their project is live on your Pricing page and listed on your Profile.
