Report an issue

If something on RebookMedia isn't working as it should, you can report it from the page where it happens. You point at the part of the page with the problem, tell us what went wrong, and our team gets everything it needs to look into it. You get an email confirmation and updates.

Where to find it: At the top right of any page in your account, click the warning sign (Report an issue). On a phone, tap the menu icon at the top left first to open the menu.

When to use it

  1. Something doesn't work: a button does nothing, a page shows an error, or something doesn't save.
  2. Something looks wrong: a number, a date or a layout that isn't right.

For questions about how to do something, see the Help Center or schedule a support call instead.

Report an issue

  1. Go to the page with the problem and click the warning sign at the top.
  2. Click (or on a phone, tap) the part of the page that has the problem. It is highlighted.
  3. Check the highlighted area: click Larger Area to take in more of the page, Pick Again to choose another part, or Whole Page. Then click Continue.
  4. Under What went wrong?, tell us what you were trying to do, what you expected, and what happened instead (at least 10 characters).
  5. Leave Include a snapshot of this page ticked if you can. It helps us see exactly what you saw.
  6. Click Send Report. You will see "Thank you for your report" with a reference number.

Press Cancel (or Esc) at any time to stop without sending anything.

What we receive

  1. Your description and the part of the page you chose.
  2. The page you were on and your device (phone, tablet or computer).
  3. If you left it ticked, a snapshot of the page as you saw it. Anything typed in form fields is hidden in the snapshot.

What happens next

  1. You get an email, "We're looking into the issue you reported on [page] (Ref #...)". Reply to it with more details or a screenshot; your reply reaches our support team.
  2. When we have fixed it, you get "Resolved: the issue you reported on [page]".
  3. If it is working as expected on our side, you get "Update on the issue you reported on [page]" with an explanation. Reply if you still see the problem.

Tips for a helpful report

  1. Report the problem from the page where it happens.
  2. Describe the steps you took, for example "I opened the project, clicked Send Invoice and nothing happened."
  3. Mention the client, project or order involved if it matters, for example the order number.
  4. Keep the snapshot ticked unless the page shows something you don't want to share.

Troubleshooting

"Please tell us a little more about the problem"

Write at least 10 characters about what went wrong.

"Network error. Please check your connection and try again."

Your report wasn't sent. Check your internet connection and click Send Report again.

I didn't get the confirmation email

Check your spam folder. Your report was still received if you saw the reference number.
