As an editor, you earn $25 for every photographer you bring to RebookMedia, once they have paid their first billing cycle. There is no limit. Photographers who join with your link start with you already connected as their editor.
Where to find it: In your Editing menu, click Earnings. On a phone, tap the menu icon at the top left first to open the menu.

How it works
- Share your invite link, or invite photographers by email.
- A photographer who is new to RebookMedia signs up with your link and chooses a paid plan.
- Once they pay their first billing cycle, you earn $25. For a yearly plan, it counts 30 days after their first payment.
- We pay the reward to your payout account, usually within 30 days.
Only photographers who never had a RebookMedia account count, and you can't refer yourself. Click Program terms on the Earnings page for the full rules.
Join the program
Under Join the referral program, complete two steps:
- Tax form: click Fill in and sign. Choose W-9 if you are a US person or business, or W-8BEN if you are an individual outside the US. Fill in the form, type your legal name as your signature and click Sign and Save. Your tax ID is stored encrypted.
- Payout account: where we send your rewards. Set up a Stripe payout account, or add PayPal or Payoneer. The options you see depend on your country (set on your Profile). A Payoneer account is confirmed with a small test payment first.
If you add more than one payout account, click Make primary on the one you want paid.
Good to know: the Stripe payout account here is only for referral rewards. It is separate from the Stripe account you connect on your Profile to get paid for jobs.
Invite photographers
- Your invite link: click Copy link and share it. A photographer has 30 days after clicking it to sign up.
- Invite a photographer: enter their email and, if you like, their name, and click Send invitation. They get an email from you with a Join RebookMedia button. You can send up to 25 a day.
Follow your referrals
The tiles show how many you Invited, how many Joined, Payout pending and Paid to you. Under Photographers you invited, each one shows:
- Invited: click Resend to send the invitation again.
- Joined: they signed up; the reward comes after their first paid cycle.
- First cycle paid · payout pending: you earned the reward and it is on its way.
- Paid: the reward was paid, with the date.
When you get paid
Rewards are paid in US dollars to your primary payout account, usually within 30 days of qualifying, and you get an email, "You've been paid $25 for referring [photographer]". Your payout provider may charge fees or convert the currency. Rewards may be taxable where you live.
Troubleshooting
"Please set your country on your Profile first."
Open Profile, choose your country and save, then set up your payout account.
"Stripe payouts aren't available in your country."
Use PayPal or Payoneer instead.
The photographer already has a RebookMedia account
Only new photographers count for the reward. They can still invite you as their editor from their account.
