This guide is for photographers, videographers and assistants who have been invited to work on a business's team on RebookMedia. It covers accepting the invitation, finding your jobs, uploading your work, your calendar, and seeing and receiving your pay.
If you run the business and want to invite people, see Add and manage team members instead.

Accept your invitation
You get an email from the business, "[business] invited you to join their team". What you do next depends on whether you already have a RebookMedia account.
You are new to RebookMedia
- If you are signed in to RebookMedia on this browser with another account, sign out first.
- In the email, click Accept and set your password. The link works for 7 days.
- Enter a Password and Confirm Password: 8 to 31 characters, with an upper case letter, a lower case letter, and a number or symbol.
- Click Submit and Login. You have joined the team and are taken to your Projects page.
Your email address is your login. From now on, sign in at rebookmedia.com with that email and your password.
You already have a RebookMedia account
- Sign in to the account that uses the email address the invitation was sent to.
- Open Business > Team (on a computer or tablet, click the grid icon at the top right, the Navigation Panel, and choose Business).
- Under Teams you're on, click Accept (or Decline). You will see "You joined [business]'s team."
Your own business, clients and settings aren't affected. Team jobs simply appear alongside your own projects.
Your account
If the business created your login, your account is set up for team work. Your menu has:
- Projects: the jobs you are assigned to.
- Earnings: what you are owed and have been paid.
- Calendar: your visits.
- Inbox: your messages.
- Team: the teams you are on.
- Settings and Support.
Want to take your own clients too? On the Team page, click Start my own business to get your own services, booking, clients, payments and website. You stay on your teams.
Find your jobs
Your Projects page lists your Team jobs: the jobs you are assigned to on other businesses' teams. Each card shows the business, the job, the client, the address, the next or last visit and whether it is In progress or Completed.
The business assigns you to the services or visits you will do. You get an email, "[business] assigned you a job", with your upcoming visits and a View the job link. Until then, the page says "No jobs are assigned to you yet."
Open a job
Click a job to open it. You see:
- Client: name, phone (tap to call) and address (opens in Google Maps).
- Your visits: the date, time, place and any notes for each visit assigned to you.
- Your services: the services you are doing, and your pay for each when the business has set it.
- Media: the sections you can upload to.
The job is read-only for you: the business handles the services, invoices, contracts and scheduling. If a job says "This job is not available", it has been reassigned or cancelled.
Upload photos, videos and files
- Open the job.
- In Photos & Videos, Floor Plans or Other Attachments, click + Upload.
- Choose your files. They upload one at a time; keep the page open until they finish.
- Uploads go straight into the project's media for the business to review and deliver to the client.
- Your files are tagged Yours. You can remove only what you uploaded: click Remove and then Confirm remove.
- Upload photos, videos and PDFs.
Your visits and calendar
- When the business schedules or books a visit for you, you get an email from the business with a calendar invite. Accept it to add the visit to your calendar.
- If the visit is rescheduled you get the updated invite, and if it is moved to someone else you get "Visit Reassigned".
- The Calendar page shows your visits, named "Team job: [order number]". Click one to open the job.
Your earnings
Open Earnings from the menu (or View your earnings on your Team page). You see your totals, Due, Upcoming, Paid this month and Paid all time, and three lists:
- Due: completed jobs the business hasn't paid you for yet.
- Upcoming: jobs you are assigned to that aren't completed yet.
- Paid: what you have been paid, with the date and how (for example Zelle, Venmo, cash, check or Stripe).
Your pay for each service is set by the business, as a fixed amount or a percentage. It becomes due when the business marks the project Completed. When they record a payment, you get an email, "[business] paid you $X".
Good to know: the business pays you directly, however you agree. RebookMedia keeps the record for both of you.
Get paid with Stripe
Connect your own Stripe account so businesses can pay you by card or bank transfer, straight into your Stripe account.
- Open Earnings.
- In Get paid with Stripe, click Connect Stripe.
- Sign in to Stripe or create an account, and finish Stripe's steps.
- You come back to Earnings with "Stripe Connected Successfully", and the card shows Connected.
Stripe's fees come out of the payment. Stripe payments show as Processing until they arrive; bank transfers take a few business days. Businesses can still record other payments too.
Your settings
In Settings > User Settings you can change your profile photo, time zone, name and mobile number (verify it to get texts), change your password and see the devices you are signed in on. Your email address can't be changed. The business sets your working hours and service areas.
See Your account settings and security.
Leave a team
On your Team page, click Leave team and then Confirm leave. You will see "You left [business]'s team."
- You can still sign in, and your earnings history stays.
- You no longer see that business's jobs.
- If a business removes you, the same applies. They can invite you again later.
Troubleshooting
"This link has expired or no user was found."
Invitation links work for 7 days, and only the newest one works if the business resent it. Click Send me a new link to get a password link by email (it works for 1 hour), or ask the business to click Resend.
I clicked the link but wasn't asked for a password
You were already signed in on that browser. Sign out, then click the link in the email again.
I signed in with Google and my invitation is still waiting
Open your Team page and click Accept under Teams you're on.
I don't see the invitation on my Team page
Make sure you are signed in with the email address the invitation was sent to.
My Projects page says "No jobs are assigned to you yet."
The business hasn't assigned you to a service or visit yet. Ask them to assign you.
A job shows "No pay set"
The business hasn't set your pay for that service. Ask them to add it.
"Upload failed."
Check your connection, and upload photos, videos or PDF files only. If it keeps failing, ask the business to upload it for you.
"The Stripe connection could not be verified."
Sign in to RebookMedia in a web browser and click Connect Stripe on the Earnings page again.
