Who you see

  1. Without filters, the card shows up to 5 pros nearest to you who share at least one of your categories.
  2. With a skill filter, it shows any pro within your distance who has added that skill, 10 at a time (click Show more for more).
  3. Distance is measured from your business address.

Choose a distance

Next to Within, choose 5 mi, 10 mi, 25 mi or 50 mi. Your choice is remembered while you are signed in. If nobody is close enough, click Widen to ... mi.

Find a specific skill

  1. I need a: tap a shortcut such as Second Photographer, Drone Pilot, Videographer or Photo Editor.
  2. Filters: open the full list to choose roles ("I need a"), types of shoot and credentials. Each option shows how many pros nearby match. Use Search skills to find one quickly, then click Show ... pros.
  3. Your chosen filters appear as chips; click a chip's X to remove it, or Clear all in the filter list.

A pro matches if they have any of the roles or types of shoot you picked, and all the credentials you picked. Only pros who have added skills can match a filter.

See a pro's card

Click a pro's photo or name to open their card: their distance and city, badges, a short introduction, what they can be hired as, the types of shoots they do, their credentials and how long they have been on RebookMedia. A green dot or "Online now" means they are on RebookMedia right now.

Message a pro

  1. Click Message on their row or card.
  2. Write a short introduction, or tap a suggestion to start one. Say what you need, when and where.
  3. Click Send.

The conversation continues in your Inbox. Open your Inbox to check your message arrived before sending it again. Once you have messaged someone, Message takes you straight to the conversation. See Message clients in your Inbox.

Good to know: skills and credentials are self-reported. RebookMedia doesn't verify them, so look at their work and confirm before you hire.

Add your skills

  1. At the bottom of the card, click Add your skills ("Get found by pros nearby").
  2. Tap the skills that describe you: Roles: I can be hired as, Types of shoots and Credentials. Suggested for you lists skills that match your categories.
  3. Under About you (optional), write a sentence or two other pros will see on your card, such as what you shoot and how you like to work (up to 300 characters).
  4. Everything saves as you go ("Saved"). Click Done.

Your skills help pros who filter by skill find you. The more accurate they are, the better your matches.

Your privacy

Other pros see your city and distance, never your street address, email or phone number. They can contact you only by messaging you on RebookMedia.

Troubleshooting

The card asks "Where are you based?"

Your business address is missing its location. Start typing it, choose it from the suggestions (it needs a street number) and click Save address.

"No pros within ... miles"

Widen the distance, or remove a filter. New pros join all the time.

"No pros within ... miles match all of these"

Remove one filter, or widen the distance. Only pros who have added skills can match.

I only see the title of the card

Add at least one category to your account (see Manage your categories).

"We couldn't update the list. Please try again."

Reload the page and try again.
